If you are experiencing an issue with a Sylvan Arms product, please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can address the issue. Our goal is to make it work for you so please give us as many details as possible. Not every product is 100% compatible, with variations in build, but we will do our best to make it work with your components.
If you would like to request a return, exchange, or repair, please contact our customer service department.
We must receive the product first before we will issue a refund, do a repair, or send out a replacement part. Any return or exchange, that falls under manufacturing complications, is subject to being repaired or replaced at our discretion. Any item that is returned for reasons outside of our warranty is subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
