How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of shipping. Please check your spam email folder if you have not received a tracking number and it has been more than one business day. You can also email us to [email protected] if you have not received tracking.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel orders through My Account by logging in to our website. If you are unable to cancel through the site, please contact us at [email protected].

I am having an issue with my product. What do I do?

Because of the differences between various builds, some products need to be modified to meet your requirements. If you are having trouble with installation, please contact us at [email protected]. Pictures of your issue will likely be requested. If your product is discontinued and we don’t have spare components to fix it, we will offer a discount code for its value towards another product.

What does my suppressor warranty cover?

We stand by our products. Generally, we cover any issues caused by manufacturing defects, broken components, and in some instances, baffle or end cap strikes. 

How do I send in my suppressor for service?

First, reach out to us at [email protected] with the suppressor owner’s name and full address so that we can provide a shipping label. 

All suppressor shipments require either a copy of the tax stamp/transfer paperwork or a copy of their FLL/SOT, inside the shipment.

All parts of the suppressor (including the muzzle device) are needed to fully evaluate the issue.

Once repair is complete, we will email you and the return shipment will require a signature to verify delivery.

How long does a suppressor warranty service take?

Our turnaround time is very quick – we’ll typically have the suppressor back out to you within 2-3 days from when we receive it. If re-cerakoting is required, it will ship within 7-10 days from when we receive it.

What torque should I use on my SAQD muzzle devices?

We typically recommend 25 ft-lbs. If you don’t have access to a torque wrench, “good and tight” with an armorer’s wrench will be fine. 

How should I time my SAQD muzzle device?

Our muzzle devices do not need to be timed by design, so no shims are required. As with any suppressor mounts, do not use crush washers.

How should I clean my suppressor?

Suppressor disassembly at the user level will void the warranty. Regarding cleaning, we generally recommend 5 minutes in an ultrasonic cleaner with simple green to break up any carbon. Depending on your barrel length, cleaning very likely will not be necessary inside of 2500 rounds. If you have any further issues or wear concerns, let us know, as these will be covered under our warranty.
